FOLK RISING is an intimate, curated and community-based night of folk music aiming to celebrate the best upcoming folk artists London has to offer. Each act is chosen by Ormella and invited to sing in one of London's most intimate venues. The night encourages artists to open up about their songwriting process, journey and influences so you'll be sure to not just hear some beautiful music but also learn a little about how and why the artists' songs were made. Previous guests include acts such as Merrick Winter, Josephine Illingworth, Serena Sun and Chester Caine.
